Paul has over 40 years experience as a General Contractor, including specializing in historical renovation and high end commercial and residential construction. He has provided expert witness, home inspections and consulting services in construction defect claims and building related litigation since 2009. Paul is past president of both the Salt Lake and Utah Home Builders Associations.

Represented the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Utah in constructing the historical "Anderson Home" at This is the Place State Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Published monthly articles in local newspapers during tenure as Salt Lake HBA President.

Paul is also a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007.
