Michael has 26 years of multiline independent adjuster experience where he specialized in residential and commercial property damage inspection, estimating and loss adjustment. He inspected, documented, and estimated claims related to fire, wind, water, hail, tornado, and hurricane damage to roofs, exteriors, interiors, and MEP. He uses and is well versed in the industry standard Xactimate estimating software and has worked to resolve cost repairs, cost analysis, Xactimate estimate agreements as well as damaged content lists.

Michael has over 26 years of restoration, reconstruction, and consulting experience. His wide-ranging skill set, and advanced understanding of unusual situations allows him to visualize and understand problems from multiple perspectives within the industry. This unique combination allows me to provide greater insight into loss resolution and provides the insurance industry with a higher level of scoping, estimating and investigation of property losses.
