Doug brings his many years of water damage, mold and Xactimate estimating experience to Advise & Consult, Inc. and to the people of Arizona. Doug has worked in the restoration and reconstruction since 2003. This experience has helped him develop an eye for construction defects and valuable skills in construction estimates, job costing and quality control. He has overseen small jobs up to multi-family projects. He is also experienced as in flooring, flooring finish application, asbestos, mitigation and construction scoping.
