Jim has over 40 years of construction industry experience which has also included being owner and operator of numerous companies. His services has included custom design and speculation of luxury homes, general carpentry and fine interior finishes, commercial and residential remodeling, estimates, and contract adjudication.

Jim is a licensed Master Journeyman Plumber and as a General Contractor in both Washington and Utah. He is also an experienced consultant in new residential, light industrial and commercial construction projects.
