Anthony Eller has over 30 years experience in construction as a business owner, supervisor, worker and consultant. With education and experience as a high school teacher and coach, he has the ability to communicate, teach, adjust to, and work with most people, in most situations.
Construction Consulting
From small defect problems to the LAMTA Tunnel Damage cases, Mr. Eller’s experience covers most building types. The LAMTA cases covered about 500 buildings. As a consultant, he:
Reviewed documents from all parties
Determined where problems and conflicts arose
Determined faulty monitoring of settlement
Determined causes of ground settlement
Documented ongoing settlement and building damages
Determined methods of repairs with a team of experts he organized
Estimated repairs to buildings using his team of experts and subcontractors
Worked with building owners, tenants, and attorneys through out the process
Throughout the various consulting projects, Mr. Eller worked with plaintiffs, defendants, and counsel to provide solutions to problems faced in the construction industry. He has coordinated his work with that of other experts, including engineers, surveyors, geologists, accountants, real estate experts, appraisers, inspectors, and building officials.

Construction Experience
For more than 30 years, Mr. Eller has built projects ranging from commercial to residential, new construction to remodels. During this period he has developed projects from land acquisition to sales. He has worked with real estate professionals, owners, planners, architects, engineers, planning and building departments, as well as all of the building trades.

Value engineering in the design phase to make projects affordable
Dealing with public bodies for subdivisions and minor land divisions, use and building permits
Preliminary estimates for dealing with financial institutions
Estimates for negotiated and competitive bidding as a general contractor
Construction bookkeeping, accounting, and cost reporting
Handling bids with subcontractors
Working with owners to design, layout, estimate, and construct building interiors for commercial buildings from accountants to doctors and dentists
Helping to redesign plans when various elements don't match
Managed and supervised all elements of construction as a general contractor. The project load ranged from $200,000 to $12,000,000.

1968 to 1971: College summers-worked heavy construction for Peter Kiewit and Sons in Omaha, Nebraska

1973 - Graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. BS in Education with a double major in History and Social Science. GPA 3.3.
1968 – Attended United States Air Force Academy- Discharged due to shoulder injury.
1968 – Graduated from Omaha North High School. Member of National Honor Society.
